Karen O’Brian, age 71 of Paintsville, Kentucky passed away Monday, September 6, 2021 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced later by the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
