Kimberly Marie Phillips, age 47, of Elkhorn City, Ky., passed away on September 5, 2021, at the Pikeville Medical Center.

Kimberly was born on August 27, 1974, in Pike County, Ky. to her parents, Tommy Kenny Stewart and Lura Coleman Stewart.
