Theodore Mitchell Colley, age 34, of Banner, KY, passed away on the evening of August 31, 2021 in Pikeville, KY. Known lovingly by his family and friends as ‘Mitch’, He was born September 28, 1986 in Lexington, KY; a son of Theodore ‘Teddy’ Colley and Gena Mitchell Hall.

An open house celebration of Mitchell’s life will be held on Friday, September 10, 2021 at the Hartland Clubhouse from 5-7:30 pm.
