Charles Edward “Blue” Loughran (88) of Red Oak passed away peacefully in his home September, 5th.
Ed was born in Knott County on November 12, 1932.
He is preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Nan Loughran, a brother Bobby of Greenville, Ky, and his sister
Joyce Katherine Steele.

Graveside services for Edward “Blue” Loughran will be at Rest Haven Cemetery at 1:30 PM, Friday, September 10,
2021 with Richard Bowers officiating.
