Theodore Thomas “Teddy” Stephens, age 60, of Martin, KY, husband of Debra Scutchfield Stephens, passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at his residence. He was born April 8, 1961 in Martin, KY, a son of the late Rubin Mary Caudill Stephens.

A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, September 11, 2021 from 4-6 PM at Hall Funeral Home.
