Chaddrick Dixon, age 56, of Jackson, KY, passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Hazard Appalachian Reg. Med. Ct. in Hazard, KY. He was born at Columbus, OH on July 24, 1965 to Billy Dixon and Virginia Amburgey Dixon.

Funeral services for Chaddrick Dixon will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 1:00PM with Mike Caudill and Roger Hicks officiating. Burial will follow at Johnson Cemetery at Turkey Creek, KY of Breathitt County. Visitation will be held at the Chapel Wednesday from 11AM to 1PM. Family requests that anyone that attends please wear a mask. Arrangements by Hindman Funeral Services, Hindman, KY.
