Elder Phillip H. Caudill, age 77 of Oil Springs, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 3, 2021 at the Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Born January 20, 1944 in Johnson County, Kentucky to the late William A. Caudill and Chloie Belle (Trimble) Caudill.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Sunday, September 12, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Caudill Family Cemetery at Oil Springs, Kentucky. David Trimble, Hershel Jude, and Mitchell Spradlin will officiate. Full military honors will be conducted. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday from 5:00pm-9:00pm, Saturday from 9:00am-9:00pm and on Sunday from 9:00am until time of services at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to the Phelps & Son Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
