Matthew “Matt” Fannin, age 39, of Offutt, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Jewish Hospital, Louisville, Kentucky.

Matt was born April 17, 1982 in Floyd County, Kentucky, son of Southie Fannin, JR and the late Teresa Thompson Fannin.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 13, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Bobby Joe Spencer officiating.  Burial will follow at the Thompson Family Cemetery, Offutt, Kentucky.  Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home on Sunday, September 12, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Monday, September 13, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m.
