Melody Ann Campbell, age 66 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at UK Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky. She was born March 9, 1955 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to the late Girven & Marie Brookover Waddle.

Visitation will begin Monday, September 13, 2021 at 4pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 11am at Victorious Faith Church, Prestonsburg, Kentucky Burial will follow at Waddle Family Cemetery, Abbott Creek, Prestonsburg, Kentucky.
