Stephen Eric Puckett age 31 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 10, 2021 from the Paul B Hall Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. He was born at Pikeville, Kentucky on October 26, 1989 to the late Dean Puckett and Tammie Wages Puckett, who survives.

Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Monday, September 13, 2021 at the Church Pavilion adjacent to the Burton Fork Cemetery located at the Left-Hand Fork of Johnson with the Funeral service at 12:00 P.M. Services will be conducted by Pastor Doug Auxier.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stephen Puckett Memorial Fund.
