Billie Joel Hall, age 36 of Ivel, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Clark Regional Medical Center, Winchester, Kentucky. He was born September 27, 1984 in Floyd County, Kentucky to Bobby Joel Hall of Martin, Kentucky & Gereva Boyd Hall of Ivel, Kentucky.

Visitation will Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 6pm at the church and will continue all day Friday, September 17, 2021 Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 11am at Betsy Layne Church of God, Betsy Layne, Kentucky with Samuel Stevens & Jerry Kidd officiating Burial will follow at Greenberry Hall Cemetery, Galveston, Kentucky In Lieu of flowers please make donations to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
