Wilbur “Herbie” Skaggs, Jr., 59, of Martha, KY went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 12, 2021. Herbie was born February 19, 1962 in Martha, KY to the late Wilbur and Gladys (Sparks) Skaggs.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Elizabeth Baptist Church in Martha with Brother Roger Jordan officiating. Burial will follow in the Skaggs Cemetery. Friends may visit the family after 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at the Elizabeth Baptist Church until time of services on Saturday.
