D. Leonard Legg, II, age 70 of East Point, Kentucky passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021 at his residence. Born January 11, 1951 in Huntington, West Virginia to the late D. Leonard Legg, I and Nellie Lea Surgeon Legg.

Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Thursday, September 23, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home. Tyler Brumfield will officiate. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5:00-9:00pm and on Thursday from 9:00am until time of services at 1:00pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
