Leroy Kestner, age 70 of East Point, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 17, 2021 at Highlands ARH in Prestonsburg.

Born December 30, 1950 in Johnson County, he was the son of the late Fonnie and Eliza Jane Castle Kestner.

A Graveside Service will be held 1:00pm Thursday, September 23, 2021 at the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 11:00am to 12:30pm. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
