Patricia “Trish” Dean Baldwin, age 68 of Hager Hill, Kentucky passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021 at her residence.

Born November 17, 1952 in Johnson County, she was the daughter of the late Melvin Baldwin and Geraldine Blair Baldwin.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Thursday, September 23, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Lakeview Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 5:00pm to 9:00pm Tuesday, 11:00am to 9:00pm Wednesday and anytime prior to the service on Thursday. Rutherford Blair and Travis Blair will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
