Regina Grace Salyer Jordan age 52 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky. She was born December 31, 1965 in Lexington, Kentucky to the late Luster Salyer and Bonnie Whitaker Salyer, who survives.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 21, 2021 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Tim Watkins and Larry Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the Boone Howard Cemetery at Puncheon, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Monday, September 20, 2021 from 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior till funeral service.
