James “Slim” Wellman, age 67, of Inez, KY passed away September 22, 2021 at Kings Daughter’s Medical Center in Ashland, KY. He was born April 29, 1954 in Logan, WV to the late Lester Wellman and Barbara Lambert Fannin.

Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday from 6 PM to 9 PM. There will be a private graveside service at Riverview Memorial Garden with Nathan Harless officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
