Lisa Ann (Bush) Shepherd, age 58 of Paintsville, Kentucky passed away Monday, September 20, 2021 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville.

Born December 2, 1962 in Johnson County, she was the daughter of the late Jesse James Bush and Georgia Webb Bush.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Friday, September 24, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Bush Family Cemetery, Thealka. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 5:00pm to 9:00pm Thursday, and anytime prior to the service on Friday. Gary Blair will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
