Marion Davis Jr. of Delbarton, West Virginia, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, September 20, 2021. After a long battle with cancer, Marion passed away peacefully at home. Marion was born on July 14, 1944 in Naugatuck, WV.

The family will receive friends at Parsley Bottom Freewill Baptist Church in Lenore, WV on Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM. A service to honor the life of Marion Davis, Jr. will be conducted at Parsley Bottom Freewill Baptist Church on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 2:00 PM, with Rev. G.W. Mounts officiating; A graveside service will immediately follow at the Ooten Family Cemetery in Delbarton, WV. Pallbearers will be: Michael Davis, Roger Davis, Kevin D. Maynard, Kevin C. Maynard, Barry Mounts, Jacob Bailey, Brian Ooten, and Shawn Millirones.
