Fredrick G. Johnson, age 64 of Bevinsville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Hazard ARH, Hazard, Kentucky.

Visitation will begin Sunday, September 26, 2021 at 6pm at the church and will continue all day Monday, September 27, 2021.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 11am at Wheelwright Freewill Baptist Church, Bypro, Kentucky with Terry Isaacs officiating.
