Ellen Blankenship, 71, of Delbarton, WV, passed away Saturday, September 25, 2021, at the Tug Valley Regional Medical Center. Ellen was born August 31, 1950, in New Town, WV, the daughter of the late Green Tiller and Beatrice Tiller.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 30, 2021, at 12 Noon in the R. E. Rogers Funeral Home Chapel with Caleb Horne officiating. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery, Delbarton, WV, with friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 29th from 6 – 9 PM in the funeral home chapel. R. E.
