Ersie Slone, 84, of Pike County, KY., passed from this life, Sunday, September 26, 2021. Ersie was born May 1, 1937 to the late Jessie and Zettie “Thacker” Chaney.

Family will accept friends at Thacker Memorial Funeral Home, Tuesday, September 28, 2021 from 6:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. and Wednesday, September 29, 2021, 10:00 A.M. to 10:00P.M., with services both nights beginning at 7:00 P.M. Funeral Services for Ersie will be on Thursday, September 30, 2021 starting at 12:00 P.M. also at Thacker Memorial Funeral Home with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating all services. Burial will follow at the Chaney/Slone Cemetery of Biggs Branch in Pikeville, KY.
