Jason Leo Skaggs, age 40 of Paintsville, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 24, 2021.

Born March 19, 1981 in Floyd County, he was the son of Wanda Susie Wright and the late Richard Skaggs.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Tuesday, September 28, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home Tuesday, September 28 th, from 10:00am until time of services at 2:00 pm.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
