Oretha Maxine (Crabtree) Wellman, 89, of Fort Gay, entered the Kingdom of Heaven on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at the St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, WV. She was born January 8, 1932 on Tabors Creek in Wayne County to the late Russel Elwood and Alice (Spears) Crabtree.

Funeral services will be private. Burial will be in the Bartram Fort Gay Cemetery.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Wellman and her family.
