Pricilla Duncan, 66 of Prestonsburg, KY, passed away September 23, 2021 at Cornerstone Hospital, Huntington, WV. Born January 5, 1955 in Pontiac, MI. She was the daughter of Ailene Slone Blair of Banner, KY and the late Carl Edward Lackey.
Visitation will be after 6pm Tuesday (September 28, 2021) at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin
Funeral will be 1pm Wednesday (September 29, 2021) at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, KY
