Sammy Eugene Allen, age 71 of Wittensville, Kentucky passed peacefully at home, Sunday, September 26, 2021.

Sam was born January 10, 1950 in Johnson County to the late Bill Allen and his mother, Pauline.

Funeral services will be held 4:00pm Friday, October 1, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Lakeview Memorial Cemetery at Staffordsville. Paul Wayne Browning will officiate. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Thursday from 5:00-9:00pm and on Friday after 9:00am until time of services at 4:00pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
