Harold Douglas “Larry” Blair, 83 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Saturday, October 02, 2021 at Pikeville Medical Center. He was a retired coal miner. Larry was born October 22, 1937 at Harless Creek, KY to the late Fred Blair and Oma Coleman Adkins.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Monday, October 04, 2021 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 05, 2021 at 12PM from the chapel with Jimmy Dale Sanders officiating. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
