Joyce Joann Mitchell, age 77 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Fountain Circle Nursing Home, Winchester, Kentucky. She was born May 26, 1944 in Oaks, North Dakota to the late DeeLaire & Mable Turner Donovan.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Thursday, October 7, 2021

Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 8, 2021 at 2pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Chuck Hall officiating

Burial will follow at Mattie Fields Cemetery, Salyersville, Kentucky
