Wade T. Perry, age 84, of Inez, KY passed away October 1, 2021 at the VA Hospital in Huntington, WV. He was born April 23, 1937 in Job, KY to the late John Sherman Perry and Lucy Endicott Perry.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Pack Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday from 6 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
