Delphia Marie Page, age 72 of Flat Gap, Kentucky passed away Friday, October 8, 2021 at the Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Born March 6, 1949 in Johnson County to the late Mance Montgomery and Ellie Dale Montgomery.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Monday, October 11, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home. Roger Hill will officiate. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Sunday from 4:00-9:00pm and on Monday from 9:00am until time of services at 11:00am. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
