Tammy Maria Fields Hayes, 54, of McCarr, KY, passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021, at the Tug Valley Regional Healthcare, South Williamson, KY.  Tammy was born August 13, 1967, in South Williamson, KY, the daughter of the late Robert Eugene Fields and Alice Marie Ray Fields.
