Amy Sammons Slone Lowe, age 37 of Pikeville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021 at her residence. She was born March 6, 1984 in Pike County, Kentucky to the late Eddie & Ann Campbell Sammons.

Visitation will begin Friday, October 15, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 11am at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Shawn Blair officiating

Entombment will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
