Kimberly L. Combs, age 64 of Paintsville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at the Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Born May 10, 1957 in Johnson County, Kentucky to the late George William Combs and Erlene Stapleton Combs.

Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Saturday, October 16, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Combs Family Cemetery at Wittensville, Kentucky. John Skaggs will officiate. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Friday from 5:00-9:00pm and on Saturday from 9:00am until time of services at 1:00pm. The family requests that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the Phelps & Son Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses by calling (606)789-8989.
