She was born at Hazard, KY on May 24, 1979 to Tommy Ray Slone and Brenda Mullins Slone.

Funeral services for Jacquelyn Kristy Justice will be held at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Wednesday,
October 20, 2021 at 2:00PM with Don Pratt officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain Memory Gardens at Hindman,
KY. Visitation will be held at the Chapel, Tuesday evening after 6PM with a Celebration of Life Service at 7PM.
Family requests that masks be worn at all times.
