Kellie Rainey Spencer, 43 of Prestonsburg, KY, passed away October 15, 2021 at Highlands Regional Medical Center. Born June 1, 1978 in Pikeville, KY, she was the daughter of Lucie Cooper Rainey of Prestonsburg, KY and the late Tommy Dale Rainey.

Visitation will be after 6pm Sunday (October 17, 2021) at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin.

Funeral services will be held 3pm Monday (October 18, 2021) at the funeral home.

Burial will follow in Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, KY
