Phyllis Pinson, 83, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 18, 2021. Phyllis was born January 19, 1938 in Floyd County, KY to the late Anthony and Frona (Rowe) McKinney. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Earl David Pinson.

Phyllis was a retired ICU nurse. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Louisa. Phyllis loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved to garden, working puzzles and was an avid reader.

Graveside services will be conducted Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Greenlawn Cemetery with Pastor Charles Price officiating. The procession will leave the funeral home at 10:30 AM. Friends may visit the family on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel.
