He was born at Columbia City, IN on August 9, 1973 to Wetzel Chaffins and Bobbie Johnson Chaffins.

Funeral services for Terrance David “Terry” Chaffins will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Monday,
October 18, 2021, at 12:00PM with David Tussey officiating. Burial will follow at Howard Cemetery at Garrett, KY.
Visitation will be held at the Chapel, Sunday evening from 6PM to 9PM.
