Zettie Lee Collins, age 76 of East Point, Kentucky passed away Friday, October 15, 2021 at Highlands ARH in Prestonsburg, Kentucky surrounded by her loved ones. Born March 28, 1945 in Wayland, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late James B. Oney and Rosa Chaffins Oney Ferguson.

Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at the Free Pentecostal Church of God at East Point with burial to follow in the Collins Family Cemetery at East Point. Josh Hayton will officiate. Friends may visit at the church from 5:00-9:00pm on Sunday, all day Monday and on Tuesday from 9:00am until time of services at 1:00pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
