Evelyn Ratliff, age 55 of Hager Hill, Kentucky passed away Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Born June 21, 1966 in Johnson County, Kentucky to the late Tressie Ratliff Robinson.

Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at the Whitaker Freewill Baptist Church, 3689 KY RT 1750, East Point, KY. Burial will follow in the Little’ See Cemetery, Point Section, in Louisa, Kentucky. Hubert Slone will officiate. Friends may visit at the church on Monday from 5:00-9:00pm, Tuesday from 9:00am-9:00pm and on Wednesday from 9:00am until time of services at 1:00pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
