Conley E. Swafford Sr. 69 of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on October 23, 2021, at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Conley was born September 22, 1952, at Williamson, WV the son of Sylvia Fitch Swafford Miller and the late Jesse Swafford.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday October 26th at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Vanhoose and Rev. Mike Cox officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverview Memorial Gardens Louisa, KY. Friends may visit the family on Monday October 25th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
