Pauline Hayes Allen, age 95 of Wittensville, Kentucky passed away Monday, October 25, 2021 at the Valley View Care Center in Frankfort, Ohio. Born July 31, 1926 in Floyd County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Chester Arthur Hayes and Effie Morris Moss.

 Graveside services will be held 2:00pm Thursday, October 28, 2021 at the John Allen Cemetery at Lancer, Kentucky. Steve Rose will officiate. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Thursday from 10:00am until 1:00pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
