Charlotte Denise Bentley Wells, age 63, of Paintsville died Thursday October 28, 2021 at Paul B Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville, KY. She was born February 20, 1958 in Paintsville to the late James and Willa Meadows Bentley.

Visitation is scheduled for Sunday at the Tom’s Creek Free Will Baptist Church from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. and from 9 A.M. until time of services Monday. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11 A.M. Monday November 1, 2021 at the Tom’s Creek Free Will Baptist Church with James Kelly Caudill and Chuck Slone officiating. Interment to follow at the Highland Memorial Cemetery in Staffordsville.
