A woman out of Louisville was indicted in U.S. District Court, in Pikeville, on charges related to meth trafficking in Pike and Clark Counties

41-year-old Bethany Sutton is now charged with conspiracy to distribute, distributing, and possession with the intent to distribute over 500 grams of meth. If convicted, she’ll be facing a prison sentence of between 10-years and life.

In addition to that, prosecutors also seek to take away her car, a 2018 Dodge Challenger, which they claim was used in these alleged crimes.
