Jay W. Martin, age 75 of Winchester, Kentucky formerly of Flat Gap, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021 at his residence. Born July 10, 1946 in Winchester, he was the son of the late Sylvester Martin and Mary White Martin.

Funeral services will be 12:00pm Wednesday, November 17, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Wright & Martin Cemetery, Flat Gap. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 5:00pm to 9:00pm Tuesday and anytime prior to the service on Wednesday. Kenneth Wright will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
