Crystal Nicole Bentley, age 37 of Carrie, Kentucky. Went to be with our Lord on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky. She was born on July 19, 1984, in Hazard, Kentucky to Tammy (Chester) Hollifeild and Steven (Rita) Farley.
The family will receive friends from 6PM-10PM, Monday November 22, 2021, and Tuesday November 23, 2021 at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, KY with services Tuesday evening at 7PM.
Funeral services will be 1PM, Wednesday November 24, 2021, at the funeral home chapel with Johnny Patrick and Roy Patrick Officiating. Burial to follow at the Beech Creek Cemetery in Carrie, KY.
