Randall Fannin, age 69 of Hager Hill, Kentucky passed away Thursday, December 2, 2021 at his residence. Born September 12, 1952 in Paintsville, Kentucky he was the son of the late Marvin Fannin and Margaret Hatfield Fannin.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Monday, December 6, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Family Cemetery on Middle Fork. Joe Scott will officiate. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00-9:00pm and on Monday after 9:00am until time of services at 11:00am. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
