Carmon N. (Horn) Parsley of Columbus, Ohio passed away December 4, 2021. Born April 8, 1941 in Martin County, Kentucky. The daughter of the late William and Monie Bell (Dalton) Horn.

Visitation will be at the O. R. WOODYARD COMPANY CHAPEL 1346 S. High Street from 4-7 pm on Friday, December 10, 2021 where the funeral service will be Saturday at 10 am. Pastor Tim Stevens officiating. Interment will follow at Obetz Cemetery.
