Irene Thacker, age 93, of Englewood, OH, formerly of Mousie, KY, passed away Sunday, December 5, 2021, at
Western Reserve Assisted Living Facility in Dayton, OH.
She was born at Mousie, Kentucky on July 31, 1928 to Kelly Nickels and Ada Slone Nickels.

Funeral services for Irene Thacker will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Thursday, December 9, 2021,
at 12:00PM with Brother Mike Caudill officiating. Burial will follow at Thacker Cemetery at Leburn, KY. Friends may
call for visitation Thursday from 10:00AM to 12:00PM.
