A man out of Pike County, who was arrested on two outstanding warrants, will now face additional charges after officers allegedly found him in possession of meth.
A Pikeville Police Officer saw 37-year-old Bobby Kendrick driving along the Pikeville Bypass and remembered that his license was suspended and his being wanted on two Floyd County warrants.
The officer conducted a stop on Kendrick and then arrested him. The officer then found a bag of meth, a bag of marijuana, digital scales, and a large amount of cash. Kendrick was arrested for meth trafficking and drug possession, alongside his numerous traffic violations.
Once he got to jail, an additional search revealed a bank bag containing bags of meth and fentanyl in his underwear. He picked up an additional charge of promoting contraband.
