Deloris Chaffins Booth, 60, of Blaine, KY passed away Friday, December 10, 2021 at her home. Deloris was born October 1, 1961 in Johnson County, Kentucky to the late Walter and Ruth Jean Bunch Chaffins.

There will be a private memorial service to be announced by the family. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
